ravels through Italy, India, and Indonesia. I'm only a third of the way through the book, but thoroughly enjoying it. I absolutely love the way she writes. I would love to be able to travel the way she does in the book. I've only been out of the United States to Mexico...twice. It is definitely on my Bucket List to travel to several more countries. For now though, I will just have to live vicariously through her in this book.

The book has actually been made into a movie starring Julia Roberts and is set to be released in theaters on August 13, 2010. So, of course, my plan is to finish reading by this date so I can go watch the movie. I will then leave the theater criticizing and comparing the movie with the book....because as I know all too well from past experiences (The Other Boleyn Girl comes to mind): the movie is rarely as good as the book. But, I still intend to go watch.
Yes and you will continue to be disappointed until the day you realize that the movie is not the book brought to life.

Oh my...I am soooooo glad I was there to witness the The Other Boleyn Girl experience. That was PRICELESS!!!! LOL!!!
